The Wonderful Windows of Oz - The surprising story of L. Frank Baum's influential career in retail. Before creating the Oz Books, Baum was a pioneer in creating other fantasy lands - behind department store windows. I also wrote The Wizard in the White City, a blog piece going deeper into the ways Baum was inspired by the Chicago Word's Fair.
